Expands Sales, Apple Watch Soon Marketed in 3 Countries

Apple is expected to provide additional details about Watch OS 2 at a media event held on September 9 in San Francisco. In addition to the announcement, there are also rumors suggesting that Apple will expand the sales of Apple Watch to more countries. In the near future, Apple will be marketed in Austria, Denmark, and India by the end of this month.

An Austrian named MacMania site claims that Apple Watch will be available in Austria starting September 15. This news citing information received from Facebook Messenger who comes from a reputable resource persons who work for Apple supply chain in Austria. Apple does not have an official retail in Austria. This rumor is still questionable.

Danske Bank, the largest bank in Denmark, has recently also issued a press release stating that the service MobilePay that will support Apple Watch will be ready they serve. Danske Bank said that the Apple device Watch will be launched in Denmark next month. Danske Bank has a large presence throughout the Nordic region of Europe, with locations in Denmark, Finland and Norway, three countries where Apple Watch is scheduled to be launched before the end of the year (information from Apple's website).

India iGyaan site claims that Apple Watch will go on sale in India in September.

The full list of countries where Apple Watch ttersedia in 2015 include Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, India, Malaysia, Norway, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Apple also has a preview site (preview) live in Latin America, but so far no exact launch date.

Watch Apple has so far been launched in 22 countries in four waves:
  • April 24: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, UK and USA
  • June 26: Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan
  • July 17: The Netherlands, Sweden, Thailand
  • July 31: New Zealand, Russia, Turkey
