Gionee Elife S5.5, the thinnest smartphone in the world

One more, handset manufacturers from China hit the smartphone market by accentuating the slim design. Previously, vendors BBK has released the world 's thinnest smartphone, called Vivo X3, which is able to beat the record of the thickness of the smartphone Huawei Ascend P6 ( 6.2 mm ). Now, the title has been changed to S5.5 Elife Gionee smartphone that also claims to be the thinnest smartphone in the world.

Gionee Elife S5.5 indeed worthy of the thinnest trophy after being able to present to the size of just 5.55mm. This size is smaller than the Vivo X3 chassis which has a thickness of 5.75 mm. When compared with two other flagship smartphones, meaning S5.5 2.1mm thinner than the iPhone 5 and 2.4mm thinner than the Galaxy S4.
